Hi! We are a couple seeking a female roommate to share large home. The main floor is newly renovated with 2 BR and 1 BA. There is also a shared kitchen, living room, dining room, and office. The downstairs portion is still bein renovated but will be complete in two to three weeks. Upon completion, you will have the option to remain in the upstairs bedroom and share the bathroom with me (the other female), or you can move into the very large 'suite' with private bathroom and entry downstairs.
