I am looking for a room! I am a workaholic and work 9 hours a day at my "day job" than come home and work on the computer usually till it's time to go to bed. I rarely go out and don't have people over--although I'd like to go out more. I may have a cat (indoor, declawed and spayed female). I need something cheap and near north Broward or south palm beach. I also need safe because i do walk at night. I have one car to park. I need closet space too. I am quiet and would prefer same.
