Our house is in a great neighborhood and is nice and "homey". We are 2 teachers, get a long well with most anyone, and are really laid back. You would have your own bedroom and share a bathroom. The house is spacious and comfortable, as is the bedroom you would have. Our lease ends in May, so this is actually a 4 month lease, but I did not have that option on the list.
