About this household
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sitting on 10 acres. I have an additional building that can easily be turned into a studio suite. I'm willing to rent out either the building or one of the rooms. Roommate would get their own bathroom and furnished or unfurnished depending on their needs. There is also covered parking and a remote controlled gate. Due to unforseen circumstances I am in need of additional income and I have plenty of room for each of us to be comfortable.
