Ideally I would like to share a house as I am used to having space for myself and my son who is 9. If I share a house I could be more flexible with rent. We are clean, active and busy for the most part but fairly quiet at home. I'm up early to run or work out (usually 5 or 5:30 am) and then we're at school & work until 5:30 or so. Evenings are usually quiet and our weekends are busy and varied. Sharing with another responsible single mom or individual who is of similar nature would be great.
