This is a double wide mobile home, so it is not a large residence. It is small, but you will have your own bedroom and bathroom. I also use the extra room for my treadmill and other small exercise equipment which you are welcome to use. We have a community pool which is kept very clean. Our community is gated and is locked every night electronically at 7:00pm. I have a small, shady yard which has to be kept neat. The parking area can fit only two vehicles including mine.
