I am a 50-year-old single white female. I am originally from Birmingham, AL. I have just recently moved to Memphis. I am on a fixed income so I am looking for something I can afford and that it be furnished. I also have a 12 lb. shih tzu so I need a place that accepts small dogs. I am a dependable reliable person who is a private person. I stay to myself and pay rent on time. I am very easy to get along with.
