Branford, I have a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house with a three car garage. It is newer, & modern. It is on 2 acres but on water company private trust land so it’s completely private, yet 8 miles to Yale, 2 miles to center, 3 miles to beach. I have been here two years now. I have three spare bedrooms & a full bath that are not being used. I've never have had a roommate, but love the location and would prefer to stay here. Hoping I can find the right person/s.
