About this household

We are a family of four (2 sweet toddlers included) living in a charming, safe neighborhood, looking to rent out one of our bedrooms to a responsible individual. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is the only bedroom on the main floor. This bedroom also has two big built-in closets and comes fully furnished with a queen bed (all linens included), a loveseat, an area rug, 2 lamps, 2 side tables, a desk, a chair, and a bookshelf. This is ideal for graduate students, postdocs, and faculty.
