I am a married father of 3. I have a home in central MA and another in N. Truro. I have 2 kids in college and one in HS. I want to sail (race) with the Falmouth Yacht Club mostly on weekends. I will rarely be at the property. I am either not in town or at the club. I just need a bed, bathroom with shower, fridge, and stove. For me it is a very simple housing arrangement. I am also looking for property to buy in Falmouth but in no immediate hurry.
