I am looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom apartment in lower Allston. The apartment is on a quiet street in a quiet building, and it is very well maintained and I keep it clean. Rent is $725 + utilities. The apartment has a large kitchen, desent sized living room, dishwasher, disposal, plenty of storage, and coin op laundry in the basement. Available room is medium sized, carpeted, and has a closet. I am a 25 year old non-smoker with a cat. I'm neat, responsible, and keep to my self.
