Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath house, entire home was just recently painted, located in a quiet neighborhood and close to shopping. At this time I plan on renting only 1 of the 4 bedrooms and I usually visit this house one day on the weekends and sometimes once during the week so basically the person renting this room is getting the whole house (exception Master bedroom and office down stairs).
