We have two bedrooms open, one furnished, the other unfurnished. Cats are allowed, but no dogs. We are looking for responsible, respectful people who are flexible with the fact that we work third shift and come and go at night. No utilities are included but when split are minimal. We have internet, cable, and telephone in the main living area but not necessarily in all rooms. The rest of the house is furnished and renters may be able to use things, if respectful.
