The house is 1500 sq ft house built in 96. It is in very good shape, has a small private back yard with a patio, it has a garage, which you can use (my truck won't fit in there, only small cars seem to fit), dishwasher, washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven, central vacuum system, 2 bathrooms, tile throughout the house (minus bedrooms, which have carpet), and more little amenities. I am offering roommates the unfurnished master bedroom, which is a large room and has a private bathroom.
