Hello There I am looking for my tenant a room to rent. She is 70 and in need of long term place to stay. She does not want to move anytime soon. The only reason she has to move is because I am selling my house. She is the model tenant and has always paid the last Wednesday of the month, NEVER any issues, EVER.
