Hello There I am looking for my tenant a room to rent. She is 70 and in need of long term place to stay. She does not want to move anytime soon. The only reason she has to move is because I am selling my house. She is the model tenant and has always paid the last Wednesday of the month, NEVER any issues, EVER. She has landlord debt from trying to help others. But she is the IDEAL tenant. Let me know if the room is still for rent. Thank you for your time and attention.
