Rent includes all uilities except for satellite. Right now i have a maximum channel package on my tv however if my roommate doesnt wish to pay for half i will most likely cut it down to a lower package.It's a pier and beam house on 3/4 acre. I have a 9 yr old dog but would like to avoid bringing more pets in the house if possible, will make exceptions. Also lease period can be discussed.
