The room available is I think, 12' by 10', carpeted, has a big window, a closet with overhead shelf, and: - twin bed and bedframe - desk and desk chair - nightside table - mirror hanging on closet - desk light and room light - chest of drawers Total rent is $327 + 1/3 of utilities, comes to about $400- $415 a month.
