I'm 21 and about to start my fourth year of school on a scholarship, so I'm very reliable with rent and keeping a study atmosphere. I'm quiet and laidback, rarely have company. I enjoy partying, drinking, etc., but I enjoy that lifestyle outside of home. I have a short-haired, well-behaved, spayed indoor cat. I'm looking for a rent-reliable roommate, not extremely conservative but not wild either, in most any kind of living arrangement.
