I have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment on Madrona. Great layout. Large kitchen and plenty of room for storage. I live the simple life with the bare minimum. My apartment is fully furnished including furnished spare room. I can remove my spare room furniture if you have your own bedroom furniture. I work full-time 8-5 and I do have a community cat who comes in occasionally to eat. My interest in a roommate is no drugs, no parties and someone who does not suffer from any kind of mental illness.
