I work out of my home as a sole-proprietor self-employed CA licensed architect-engineer (visit www.richardstacyarchitect.com) who needs a new home office location and sleeping quarters. In addition to drawing and engineering building projects, I am currently authoring a textbook and need to find a space to work & sleep, access to a bathroom and kitchen. I am at-home quite a bit more than not, so I would be a good roommate to a person who needs someone to keep watch on their home.
