House. Its a 3BR, but the master is much larger, so the roomie would get 2BR that are right next to each other. There's a shed and backyard. If you have a pet, it would need to be "okay-ed" because I have a little toy poodle and they'd have to be friends :) The house is super cozy and everything is really large and open. I love it.
