Current roommate is moving away for school... I live in a nice quite complex right by the university... I have a great job and I'm pretty laid back... I'm looking for a roommate to finish out my current lease with, it would basically be a 8 month lease (Jan 1st - Aug 1st)... The complex does have a $50.00 application fee for credit/background check. I dont care about your sexual orientation at all!
