Summary
I'm very clean and polite. Ideally I would prefer someone friendly that I could have conversations with and/or go out with; however my main need is a place to live, not a friend. I would also prefer to bring my cat, but she can stay with family if that is absolutely out of the question. I work often and go to school, and am very flexible depending on other people's preferences and schedules.
