2 blocks from SCSU/Lake George with $450 deposit. Electric/gas, h2o, included in the rent. single room on floor shared with 2 others, adult working folks and non trad students. Kitchen/bath on each floor. On site laundry available/non coin-op just don't bring your friends to run up the bill. There may be more than one room open. I am also open to students or ? sharing a room but that adds $100 a month. Calm house in the middle of everything in St Cloud.
