I am a 3rd year international business student at Cal Poly (originally from Santa Clarita Valley) and I need a roommate who is clean (and will clean their own stuff) and not super loud. I don't mind overnight guests (my boyfriend of four years is over once or twice a week) and overall I just want a roommate who I can reasonably get along with.
