We are a m/27 student and f/23 teacher. We are quiet, responsible and respectful of other people and their space. We do not smoke or do drugs however we are sometimes social drinkers. The house is a 3 bedroom/2 bath with a finished garage approximately 1350 sq. ft. You would have your own room (10X11) as well as your own bathroom along with full house privlliges. The home is located in the Broadstone community in Folsom which is located right behind the new Bel Air grocery store.
