I am in the military, working at Randolph AFB. I am a very tidy person and ask that any potential renters be as well. I have friends over occasionally, but usually go to other people's houses if we are going to hang out. You would not need to worry about late nights or much noise. I am trying to rent out a room in my fully furnished home.
