Fully furnished room in Flying Hills Golf Community. All utilities included…great area for peace and quiet. Reduced rent for somebody willing to do some cleaning. Laundry Room in condo. This was my daughter's bedroom so it is more girlish...lol I’m a 51 year old single male that feels much younger. My son just Graduated from PSU so I am very accustomed to ALL his friends. I get along with anyone I meet. It would be cool to have someone around that I can help out and I understand college life!
