Just looking for a room to rent for my girlfriend and I. I'm 37 she's 42 both laid-back people that always clean up after ourselves. My girlfriend has a small dog that is her service animal because she has seizures.(can send pics and provide paperwork if needed.) Both are on fixed incomes at the momemt so it's guaranteed we'll have our rent money on the first.
