I am a professional, full time working Dad, in need of a room to rent for a minimum of 6 months. I do not smoke, no pets and will not be having guests stay over. I work for a local company and work Monday through Friday. I am a maintenance technician by trade and am willing to make repairs as needed to the residence including appliances, air conditioner and plumbing or electrical issues that may come up. I’m responsible and will pay rent on time.
