I live in a 2 bed/1.5bath apartment at Timbercrest. I have a room available. I have 2 Boys whom I have every other Sat-mon. And a few hrs two days during the week. I keep to my self and won't be a bother. No smoking inside, you can have pets, but the apartment requires a 250 pet deposit.
