Have large two story house in great location rental comes with two large rooms in the finished basment. Also one garage stall. All utilities paid for by owner. Large water smoker in the back yard to cook on. Large yard 4 acres. I am a mobile dog groomer that retired from Toyota after 33 years. I play guitar and bass fish. No smoking in the house. We already have two dog so no more pets are allowed. We have a very large kitchen to cook in and a separate laundry room.
