Single professional female. I rent a 2 bedroom townhouse that I am looking to rent out the 2nd bedroom. both bedrooms are upstairs and share a full bath. Laundry in downstairs 1/2 bath. heat and water included. I do have a Yorkie Poo dog that doesn't shed very friendly. I have many hobbies that include sewing, quilting, knitting and restoring furniture. I have a 20 year old daughter that comes every so often to visit, not usually overnight. I'm easy to get along with. I do smoke outside.
