Summary
UMass grad student, no pets, non-smoker, financially stable, have lived with both men and women in the past. Easygoing in terms of shared space but will need reasonable blocks of quiet time to get academic work done - of course much looser on weekends. Multi-bedroom apartment is ideal (the more the merrier, plus cheaper!) but open to all options.
