I am a 34 year old straight male. I just moved to the area from Texas to be closer to my daughter. I am looking for a pet friendly as well as kid friendly room to rent. My daughter would be visiting every other weekend. I also have a 165 pound English Mastiff, named Luke. So I am also looking for a fenced in yard. I'm new to the area so the only people I know are my daughter and her mom. The mom and I do not get along very well. So, no overnight guests or people over. Clean, quiet, respectful.
