Summary

I am a divorced male 47 years old. I have an eight year old son who will overnight with me once a week and and I also have a three year old chocolate lab that is very mellow, non-destructive and housebroken. I am looking for a room for around $450/mo with no lease. I am gainfully employed and getting back on my feet after my divorce, so not sure about the duration of my stay, although it would be at least 3-6 months. I am clean, amiable, laid back and not a party animal. I can move by 9/19/09.
