Summary
OK, quick update: I JUST looked at some places, and it definitely looks like anything decent and reasonably priced will require at least 2 bedrooms (meaning I NEED a roommate). I REALLY liked a place off of Main and Orlando, and would like to find somebody to live with me in that...but I'm open to other places too.
