I am 57 old Gay Male. I work from home. I will most likely only use the space on the weekends initially. I live in Loxahatchee in a home I am trying to sell - but the commute is too far when I want to socialize. Ideally the space would have a backyard for me to keep my bonsai trees. I do not smoke and I am quiet and not a "home body." I am very active and like to be on the go - gym, lunch, dinner etc.
