I am looking for a secure place with a closet and preferably a separate bathroom. I work on weekends and occasional weeknights, as a professional musician and may come in at 3-4 am depending on the distance I need to travel from my gig. I rarely, if even have guests over. I am also a graphic designer and do contract work with various clients, so I need a good internet access for my client work. If there is a small storage area (about 12 sq ft) that would help very much.
