Spacious bedroom with semi private bathroom. Large modern kitchen and living room with outdoor patio that faces FDR Park. Central air, w/d. Large community pool, gym on premises. Free parking. Shuttle bus to Navy Yard, local supermarkets and subway. Must be ok with my 24 hr health aide. A Christian lifestyle is preferred.
