It's one of the nicer aparments compared to Clovis tandards. The Rent I pay is 625 a month Electricity and Water are around roughly 100 dollars a month and I also have Cable and High Speed internet. I am not going to be asking for that much rent, everything will be negotiable and you would get a real cheap deal. I am just looking for some money to offset the costs and someone to keep me company.
