One of the rooms is occupied by my friend is an engineer and is very easy to get along with. The house is roughly 1400 sq ft in South Huntsville near the intersection of Drake and L&N, within 2 miles of three grocery stores, 10 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes max drive to Arsenal. There is a driveway and street parking available in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors.
