I am a single woman who is looking for a place that i can rent. I am hardly ever home, but when i am I am working on my online business, I do have a friend that will stay over a few nights a week, but for the most part I am hardly ever around. I am not looking for a large rent, but do only need a room and a private shower would be great. I am very respectful of common areas, and am a bit obsesive and will clean up after myself.
