I have a furnished bedroom in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house (950 ft.sq.). Central heat & air, utilities, wifi all included. I have 2 friendly dogs. I work as a business developer for a local contractor. I retired early as a firefighter/paramedic. I'm looking for someone of similar age or older. I'm very independent but enjoy socializing.
