The apartment is located a few blocks away from Como Ave. and across the street from the complex is a child care center. It is a very well lit area and safe and the bus stop is only one block away from the complex. The building, as well as the apartments are clean and comfortable, easy to fit up to 4 people in the apartment. The walls are concrete and highly insulated. Parking is also free with plenty of free parking on side streets. We are looking to sign the lease within about a week.
