I own a home in Ward, Arkansas. I looking to rent out 2 of the other bedrooms. One is furnished and other room is unfurnished. I live in a great community and a desirable street located in a small lake. Very quiet neighborhood in a circular loop with very little traffic.. The community is safe. Ward is in between Cabot and Beebe. It's 5 mins drive either way. A 20 mins drive to North Little Rock. The rent price includes majority of utilities (electric, water, internet, etc). I work during the day time. And I work for US Veterans Affairs. Im looking for a responsible roommates, clean and tidy, open minded and respectful.
