I live in a 3 bedroom 2.5 baths house near Fairgrounds. I live with another female roommate. We are looking for one more roommate male or female. We both work full time and workout every day. We are very busy people looking for someone respectful, quiet, clean, preferably a student who also works. No pets and no smoking. We are very friendly but had very bad experience with previous roommate who completely took over the common area and did not understand boundaries or personal space. Thanks.
