I have two rooms for rent in a beautiful new home in Gilbert. House is highly upgraded with vaulted ceilings, granite countertops and wood floors to name a few. Rent includes utilities. I'm a recent ASU grad but still going to school for a second degree. I'm very easy to get along with. I'd prefer renters my age who are non-smokers. Cleanliness and reliability are a must. Community features 3 pools and several parks very close to the home. ASU East, San Tan Mall and 202 are minutes away.
