Hi.Names Ryan..I'm a gay 40 y,old with mate...we have a very nice big home.were looking to rent out our big back room...lots of closet/storage.pay 1/3 utility,includes WiFi, washer and dryer.lights.uuclose to downtown,corner store.. covered car port.on bus uroute.have cats.pets?Ask.Have a spare twin matt.2 bath,so u havie u ur own,minus use of shower,as the shower in other is super small..but that's all we'd use it for once someone moves in...must pass background check per landlord
