About this household
I have a room to rent just off 495 in Franklin MA, close to town center. Room is approximately 10x12, all utilities are included. One cat in addition to myself currently in residence. You would be renting a room in my condo, so landlord would be live in. No drugs, including marijuana (I am allergic, and it is a no smoking building anyway).
